To make the process as easy as possible for you, you can choose to either come to the center physically or use our services remotely.

You can use any of the center’s services or only some of them; it is your decision alone. We do not require any commitment from you and we are here to offer you everything you need to get started:

• Accessible and comprehensive information

• Counseling and guidance regarding the options available to you

• Medical and psychological help

• Emotional support

• Building a treatment and/or personal protection plan

• Legal assistance

• Assistance in exercising your rights

• Police involvement as needed and with your consent (including the possibility of filing a complaint on the spot without going to a police station)

• Emotional and physical protection, including emergency shelter at the center if necessary

• Psychiatric care if necessary

• Referring you to long-term treatment services in protection/treatment facilities or in the community, depending on your needs.
