FAQ
There is no need to define anything in advance.
Part of what we will do together is a clarification process that is sometimes difficult to do alone. This process can begin with a non-binding telephone consultation.
If you feel that something is not right in your relationship, now is the time to contact us.
There is no need to define the relationship in any way; we will be able to help you understand whether the Aluma Center is the right place for you.
The centers offer assistance to victims of domestic violence, and to anyone who is in unsure about whether their relationship is violent. This applies to women and men alike.
Anytime, at any of the Aluma Centers.
The centers are open 24/7, year-round, including Saturdays and holidays.
Today there are active centers in Akko and Beit Shemesh, and in the future additional centers will be opened in Rishon Lezion and Be’er Sheva.
You can come to us physically, at any center, at any time, and you can also receive service and assistance remotely — whatever is appropriate and right for you.
We offer support and assistance remotely as well, because it is important to us to adapt our service to your needs.
